BillSpruce does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice and does not issue tax-compliant invoices on your behalf.

The software does not collect payments, send emails, verify clients, or automatically store your records. Use the tools only for lawful purposes. Retain your own copies of finished documents and verify compliance with regulations where you operate.
